Michael Eugene Sullivan is a fourth-generation Nevadan with deep roots in the community and a reputation for honesty, clarity, and professionalism in every case he handles. He has earned an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer-review distinction awarded for legal ability and ethical standards.
Michael’s practice is intentionally broad, allowing him to serve clients with both versatility and precision. His areas of focus include business litigation, family law matters, personal injury, insurance defense, property law, and alternative dispute resolution–including serving as a court-appointed mediator and arbitrator. Michael also serves as an expert witness on professional legal malpractice claims in both California and Nevada. His practical and clever problem-solving style has led respected companies such as the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners, Costco Wholesale and C.H. Robinson to trust him with their legal needs.
Committed to professionalism within the legal community, Michael is a Master level member of the Inns of Court and serves on the Nevada State Bar Disciplinary Panel. He has also served as a featured speaker for the State Bar of Nevada, presenting on arbitration, the Short Trial Program, and discovery issues.
