Clay has been a lawyer since 1994. Since then, he has dedicated his practice to representing plaintiffs and defendants in Federal and State Court litigation. Clay also spends a significant amount of his time advising clients (especially employers) on how to avoid litigation and how to best position themselves prior to litigation.
